Job Responsibility - 
  • Implement SEO strategies (Meta tag optimization, SEO directory submission, backlink strategy implementation.) 
  • Analyse program performance and take appropriate actions based on the analysis. 
  • Monitor organic search rankings to maximize traffic and other KPIs. 
  • Identify issues and factors impacting the technical performance of clients' and partners' website. 
  • Design and update a best practice document for the internal team and clients. 
  • Create strategic partnership within the online communities in Hong Kong and across Asia.
  • Create and maintain content calendars, in FB, Instagram, Weibo, and WeChat. 
  • Review user generated comments and posts. 
  • Foster communication with the online community to add value to the user's experience. 
  • Support in summarizing insights and conversations to create actionable, client-facing reports that lead to optimization. 
  • Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.
Job Requirments - 
  • Degree holder with major in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, PR, Media Studies, Business or related discipline. 
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience. 
  • Demonstrated interest in digital sector and environment, in new technologies. 
  • Strong knowledge of SEO optimization, Content management system and best practices. 
  • Skills in Google Analytics, Google Webmaster tool, Baidu analytics,, basic HTML knowledge. 
  • Social Media savvy with knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, but also Chinese platforms WeChat, Weibo, youtube - both functionality and user's experience preferred. 
  • Highly attentive to detail, strong analytical, critical thinking ability and organizational skills.
