Responsibilities:

Handle and support computer hardware and software routine operations
Provide training and assist computer system users on computer apps and
equipment
Coordinate software and hardware installation, testing and operations
Keep track the daily smooth operation of system servers' maintenance
and provide the recommendation for possible improvements

Desired Skills & Experience:

Diploma or above in Computer Sciences / Information Technologies with 2 years hands on experience.
Knowledge on Windows platform, MS applications, and Mac OS / iPhones / iPads are required
Good analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
