Responsibilities:

Leading the Business Consulting Services for Hong Kong with future expansion into Greater China
Strategy, business case and target operating model definition
Project and programme management for clients across Banking and Wealth Management
Achieving excellence in client experience, especially across Digital , KYC and Client On-boarding
Managing transformational change (including Core Banking implementations, Post merger integration, Regulatory PMO etc.)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
At least 10 years of relevant financial services and consulting experience. Big 4 management consulting experiences highly desired
Proven track record in planning, organizing, delivery and implementation of large change or transformation programs
Solid experience in business development and sales for consulting services
Ability to lead project team members and inspire others to work effectively and positively as a team
Exceptional communication skills with a very good command of written and spoken English. Competency in Cantonese & Mandarin would be a plus
