Responsibilities:
  • Develop the company's digital strategy and product roadmaps for retail sales, identify future business trends and needs for sustainable growth
  • Lead the e-Commerce team to develop new business opportunity and grow existing clients, manage and motivate team performance and the E-commerce operation
  • Budget control and manage time line for CRM programs to deliver excellent results on time
  • Develop partnership and collaboration with major partners/clients through different channels and campaigns
  • Responsible for defining & leading the local and regional website E-commerce strategy & execution
  • Track and analyse digital media performance (traffic, spending, sales and customer services)
  • Analyse sales performance & profit (ROI), developing recommendations and work closely with the Marketing team to maximize O2O opportunity
  • Manage tender process & negotiations with third party service provider
  • Stay with digital marketing trends, new technologies & assessing competitive landscape.
  • Mentoring team to develop relevant skillsets and capabilities, knowledges in media, technology, legal compliance, best practices, new trends and hot topics
 
Requirement
  • Degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or related disciplines, Master in eCommerce, IT, Marketing or MBA is a plus 
  • Minimum 4-6 years' experience in online business, marketing management or E-commerce platforms
  • Hands on experience develop digital plans, programs and solutions
  • Proven track record of in leading the team and develop online strategy and direction, conduct marketing researches and analysis
  • Knowledge and experience in retail, FMCG, channel distribution, Food & Beverage (F&B) and Technology is an advantage   
  • Extensive knowledge and business sense about the markets and other competitors
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, IT system and solutions preferred
  • Strong analysis and presentation skills, good team management skills and experience preferred
