Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the end-user support
Troubleshoot the software and hardware issue
Troubleshoot the tailor-made application
Escalate the issue to management if required
Provide the premium support to the client

Job Requirements:

Higher diploma or above in Computer or related discipline
3 years+ experience in user support
Have banking / financial institute support experience is an advantage
English communication is a must
