Responsibilities:
- Provide hotline and customer service support for internal users.
- Supporting issues related to internal operation procedure, administrative, and basic I.T issues.
- Troubleshoot and provide a good service standard on customer service area.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or above
- 2 years working experience in hotline or customer service field.
- Knowledge of Windows XP, 7 and Windows based applications. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint..etc)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and positive service attitude.
- Able to work indepentendly
Candidate must be able to work in a day time shift:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 8:00pm (9 hours work in between only)
Saturday: 8:30am to 1:00pm
