Responsibilities:

  • Provide hotline and customer service support for internal users.
  • Supporting issues related to internal operation procedure, administrative, and basic I.T issues.
  • Troubleshoot and provide a good service standard on customer service area.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or above
  • 2 years working experience in hotline or customer service field.
  • Knowledge of Windows XP, 7 and Windows based applications. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint..etc)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and positive service attitude.
  • Able to work indepentendly

Candidate must be able to work in a day time shift:

Monday to Friday:  8:00am to 8:00pm (9 hours work in between only)

Saturday:  8:30am to 1:00pm
